Craniosacral Therapy is the lightest form of bodywork. When applied to the tissue, it mobilizes the fascia, revealing barriers and easements, which in turn influence the deepest layers of the nervous system.

My adult practice revolves around family care. If I am treating kids, there are times that I want to treat the parents for a few appointments; but my long term client list is full.

Adults can be screened and put on my waiting list if and when a spot opens, or if referred by a medical professional. They will be contacted to book. Adult clients that do get screened to see me will be treated, and referred out to another available practitioner to help them in the long term. Also note: I do not take on MVA clients as my work load is focused on pediatrics and my existing adult clients.

I have been in business for over 20 years; and with that comes deep insights on how to grow a business from the ground up. I’ve mentored many wellness professionals from massage therapists, osteopaths, craniosacral therapists, psychologists, spa owners, and students. Mentoring looks differently to each individual from one or two meetings, to maintaining a professional relationship and hiring me as a business coach, or as part of my very own Affiliate program, Mentoring very much depends on the needs of the individual, schedules and budget.

I’ve entered my Educating Era. From developing wellness plans for businesses, schools, speaking at events; writing my first two books, to finally launching my own wellness courses in late 2025 and into 2026; I feel this next chapter is meant to inspire, and make a larger impact on not only my community but my digital community as well.
